A bill to amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide a special minimum wage for the employment for not more than 180 days of persons under the age of 19.

Amends provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act which permit hiring full-time students at less than the minimum wage to, among other revisions, (1) repeal the requirement that an employee obtain prior certification and (2) include youths under 19 during their first 180 days of employment.
