A bill to amend the Federal Crop Insurance Act for the purpose of directing the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a three-year pilot program to insure losses incurred by farmers and ranchers as a result of certain cattle developing brucellosis.

Amends the Federal Crop Insurance Act to require the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation to establish a national three-year pilot program for insuring farmers and ranchers who raise beef and dairy cattle against losses incurred between January 1, 1979 and December 31, 1982, as a result of brucellosis.
