Juvenile Delinquency in the Schools Act - Establishes within the Department of Justice's Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention a Safe School Center to assist State and local educational agencies in preventing delinquency and vandalism in schools.
Establishes a Safe School Advisory Panel.
Authorizes a program of Federal grants for State and local school delinquency prevention programs.
