A bill to amend section 557 of title 5, United States Code, to provide for the disclosure of agency findings and recommendations in bank chartering and branching proceedings and in other related proceedings and to make the provisions of subsection (d) (relating to ex parte communications) applicable to such proceedings.
Sunshine Act Amendments--Makes government in the sunshine provisions of the United States Code applicable to agency findings and recommendations resulting from proceedings relating to financial institution chartering, branching, and insurance.
