A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for the payment of supplemental tuition allowances to certain veterans pursuing educational program for the purposes of offsetting the differences in State educational costs, and to extend the delimiting period for veterans enrolled in educational programs.
Veterans' Educational Equity Act - Provides for payment of a supplemental tuition allowance to each qualified veteran upon application to the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs.
Extends the delimiting period for completing a veteran's education program for up to two years if at the close of the ordinary ten-year delimiting period the veteran is enrolled in a program.
