A bill to authorize modernization and improvement of the Belle Fourche project and to integrate the project into the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin program.

Authorizes improvements of the Belle Fourche project, South Dakota, including construction, land rehabilitation, and water conservation. Integrates such project into the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program. Provides for the negotiation and execution of an amendatory repayment contract with the Belle Fourche Irrigation District covering all the lands of the existing project.
