Broadens the requirement under the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 which directs every person who, pursuant to an agreement with an employer, either: (1) undertakes persuasive activities relating to the right to organize and bargain collectively; or, (2) supplies information on activities in connection with a labor dispute to report to the Secretary of Labor, to include all persons who receive any assistance from an employer to perform any function under (1) or (2).
