A bill to require certain companies to make quarterly reports to the Secretary of the Treasury with respect to the amount of imports of steel and other articles purchased for use in manufacturing or construction.

Requires any business enterprise which purchases any imported article for use in manufacturing or construction and had gross sales or gross receipts not less than $300,000,000 in its most recent fiscal year to make quarterly reports to the Secretary of the Treasury with respect to the amount of imports of steel and other articles purchased for use in construction or manufacturing.
