Amends Title IV (Aid to Families with Dependent Children) of the Social Security Act to provide criminal penalties for an individual who knowingly and willfully misrepresents a material fact which is used in determining his eligibility for aid under such title or who conceals a material fact which would affect his right to receive continued aid.
Amends Title XVI (Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled) XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act and the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to provide a minimum criminal fine for fraud equaling the amount that is fraudulently obtained.
Amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide criminal penalties for knowingly and willfully misrepresenting a material fact which is used in determining such person's eligibility for unemployment compensation or who conceals a material fact which would affect his right to receive continued aid.
