A bill to amend the Patent Act of July 19, 1952.

Entitles any person who, on the basis of information not previously considered, believes that a patented invention was not patentable to have the patent reexamined by the Commissioner of Patents.

Requires a defendant to an infringement claim who relies on a defense of unpatentability to request a reexamination as provided by this Act.
