Includes within the definition of the term "special immigrant", under the Immigration and Nationality Act, any person who (1) is a resident of a country which has denied its citizens the right or opportunity to emigrate, but which the President has determined, pursuant to the Trade Act of 1974, will cease such denial; (2) has a sponsoring relative in the United States, but; (3) is not entitled to classification under other provisions of the Act.
Entitles a spouse or child of a person qualifying as a special immigrant under this Act to similar status.
