A bill to insure the quality of imported meat.

Amends the Federal Meat Inspection Act to require the Secretary of Agriculture to make quarterly reports to the appropriate congressional committees evidencing departmental inspection of all foreign plants exporting meat or meat products to the United States and the compliance of such plants with all inspection and building construction standards requirements.
