A bill to amend the National Labor Relations Act to insure proper recognition of professional nurses, to fulfill the intent of Congress in the enactment of Public Law 93-380 relating to the supervisory status of professional nurses, and to end the ongoing disruption of established bargaining units of professional nurses.
Professional Nurse Employee Rights Act - Stipulates that professional nurses shall be considered "supervisors" under the National Labor Relations Act only if they exercise the preponderance of specified hiring, work assignment, and grievance adjustment authority.
