A bill providing for the erection of a monument in the National Cemetery at Arlington, Va., to members of the Armed Forces who served in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam era and who are missing in action.

Directs the Secretary of the Army to have a monument erected in the National Cemetery at Arlington, Virginia, to members of the Armed Forces who served in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam era and are missing in action.
