Sets forth mandatory minimum sentences for the commission of certain crimes, including: (1) burglary, aggravated assault, rape, or second degree murder within the special jurisdiction of the United States; (2) bank robbery; and (3) carrying or using a firearm, destructive device, or dangerous weapon during the commission of a Federal felony. Specifies longer minimum sentences for repeal offenders.
Makes good time allowances, parole, and treatment under the Federal Youth Corrections Act unavailable to persons convicted of any of the above crimes.
