A joint resolution making further continuing appropriations for the fiscal year 1978.

Makes continuing appropriations for the salaries and benefits of State Department employees engaged in carrying out foreign assistance programs, the District of Columbia, the Department of Labor, Health, Education, and Welfare, and related agencies until the enactment into law of an appropriation for such programs or agencies or February 28, 1978, whichever occurs first.
