Constitutional Amendment - Provides that Members of the House of Representatives shall serve for a term of three years. States that any person who is a Representative for five consecutive terms may not be a Representative during the three-year period followed the fifth term with an exception for vacancies.
Stipulates that no person may serve as a Representative after attaining the age of 75 or if attaining the age of 75 before the end of a term.
