Joint resolution to authorize the Administrator of General Services to accept land, buildings, and equipment, without reimbursement, for the John Fitzgerald Kennedy Library.

Authorizes the Administrator of General Services to accept land, buildings, and equipment, without reimbursement, for the John Fitzgerald Kennedy Library in Boston, Massachusetts, as part of the National Archives system. Provides that such acceptance shall not occur until after the expiration of 60 days of continuous congressional session following the date on which a report is submitted by the Administrator to Congress on any such proposed Presidential archival depository.
