Joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to provide for the special election of a Vice President in cases of vacancy in that office.

Constitutional Amendment - Stipulates that, upon a vacancy in the office of Vice President, the President shall nominate a person who shall become Vice President after being approved in a special referendum by a majority of the voters of the States and other jurisdictions entitled to appoint electors of President and Vice President.
