Concurrent resolution to provide for the purchase of a certain statue of George Washington and for the placement of such statue on the East Front of the Capitol Building, or in any appropriate location inside such building.

Directs the Joint Committee on the Library to purchase a statue of George Washington executed by a certain sculptor and to place it in an appropriate location in the Capitol.

Stipulates that no more than $50,000 shall be paid for such statue.

Requires the Secretary of the Air Force to provide the necessary transportation to the Capitol.
