Denounces the assassination of Aldo Moro as an abhorrent criminal act which deserves the fullest condemnation.
Expresses the sense of the Congress: (1) that the people and Government of Italy have the full confidence of the United States and should receive its full support in their efforts to apprehend the perpetrators of the murder of Aldo Moro and to eliminate the campaign of terrorism; and (2) that the President should redouble United States efforts to gain international cooperation in wiping out the scourge of terrorism.
