Concurrent resolution to provide for the procurement and display in the Capitol of a facsimile of the Constitution of the United States.

Directs the Joint Committee of Congress on the Library to consult with the Architect of the Capitol for the purpose of procuring a bronze facsimile of the original documents of the Constitution of the United States which are deposited with the National Archives.

States that these items are to be displayed in an appropriate place in the Capitol, and paid for out of the contingent fund of the House of Representatives.
