A concurrent resolution urging the adoption by the United States and by the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development of the standards of business conduct for companies operating in South Africa, adopted earlier this year by the European Economic Community, which include recognition of the right of black employees to form or to affiliate themselves with trade unions and to bargain collectively with their employers.
