Concurrent resolution to establish a Joint Committee on Energy.

Creates a Joint Committee on Energy to: (1) make a continuing study of the development, use and control of all forms of energy; (2) examine current proposals for legislation relating to energy; and (3) review the policies and actions of executive agencies with respect to the development, use and control of energy.

Requires the joint committee to submit periodic reports to the Senate and House of Representatives.
