Directs the House Joint Committee on the Library to procure a bronze bust or statue of Martin Luther King, Jr. which will be placed in suitable location in the Capitol as determined by the Committee.
Stipulates that not more than $2,500 shall be paid out of the contingent fund of the House of Representatives to carry out this resolution.
