Directs the Joint Economic Committee to undertake an investigation of past and prospective changes in the United States and world economies, and the impact of such changes on the economies of the United States and other nations.
Authorizes the Joint Committee to expend not more than $900,000 for such study from July 1, 1977 through December 31, 1978.
