Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to certain regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency concerning air pollution from grain elevators.

Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to exempt grain elevators with receiving leg capacities of less than sixteen thousand bushels per hour from regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act establishing new source performance standards for grain elevators.
