Concurrent resolution with respect to an international treaty banning lethal chemical weapons.

Declares that Congress (1) would support a Presidential declaration of policy against the United States manufacture of lethal chemical weapons, and (2) urges a treaty banning the manufacture and possession of such weapons by any nation.
