Concurrent resolution to express support of the Congress for a coordinated program to convert to the metric system.

Requires the United States Government to convert to the metric system of weights and measures to the fullest extent possible in its internal and contractual affairs. Authorizes the appropriate congressional committees to conduct seminars to inform the American people of the program toward conversion to the metric system.
