Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to the provision of vocational education and arts and humanities education to postsecondary students.

Declares it to be the sense of Congress that there should be an increased emphasis by Congress and the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare on providing both vocational and liberal arts education to all students in postsecondary education programs.
