Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress that the Attorney General should conduct a full investigation of all acts by or on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Korea to influence Members of Congress.

Expresses the sense of Congress that the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation should proceed with any appropriate investigation or prosecution relative to acceptance by Members of Congress, their families, or their associates of anything of value from the Government of the Republic of Korea or its representatives, notwithstanding any Congressional investigation into the matter.
