A resolution giving authority to make certain appointments after the sine die adjournment of the present session.

Authorizes the President of the Senate to make appointments to commissions or committees authorized by law, by concurrent action of the two Houses of Congress, or by order of the Senate, notwithstanding the final adjournment of the present session of the Congress.
