Waives application of the Congressional Budget Act requirement that new budget authorizations be reported to Congress before May 15th in order to permit Senate consideration of H.R. 10073 (mandatory inspection of slaughtered domesticated rabbits).
States such waiver is necessary in order to consider implementation during fiscal year 1977 of a mandatory inspection program to ensure the wholesomeness of rabbit products.
