Continues the Senate Special Committee on National Emergencies and Delegated Emergency Powers through April 30, 1976, or thirty days after the bill entitled "An Act to terminate certain authorities with respect to national emergencies still in effect, and to provide for orderly implementation and termination of future national emergencies" has been enacted into law, whichever shall first occur.
Authorizes the special committee to make expenditures from the contingent fund of the Senate from March 1, 1976, through April 30, 1976, for investigations and studies.
Directs that expenses of the special committee under this resolution shall not exceed $12,500.
Requires that the special committee shall make its final report, not later than May 31, 1976, instead of February 28, 1976.
