Authorizes the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration to expend not to exceed $522,000 for the period from March 1, 1976, through February 28, 1977, to be allocated as follows: (1) $200,100 for a study or investigation of privileges and elections; and (2) $321,900 for a study or investigation of computer services for the Senate of which amount not to exceed $50,000 may be expended for the procurement of individual consultants or organizations thereof.
Requires the committee to report its findings, together with such recommendations for legislation as it deems advisable, to the Senate at the earliest practicable date, but not later than February 28, 1977.
