A resolution providing for the notification of the President concerning the proposed adjournment of the session.

Appoints a committee of the Senate to join a similar committee of the House to notify the President of the United States that the two Houses of Congress have completed their business of the session and are ready to adjourn unless he has some further communication to make to them.
