Authorizes the President of the Senate to appoint a special delegation of Members of the Senate to visit countries in the Southwest Pacific in order to conduct a study of United States security and foreign policy interests in the area. Limits to $35,000 expenses to be incurred by the delegation. Specifies expenses to be covered by such amount.
