Expresses the sense of the Senate that the President should request of appropriate Chinese officials, upon the occurance of his visit to their People's Republic, that they use their good offices to obtain an accounting of those members of United States Armed Forces, and American civilians, missing in action and confined as prisoners of war in Southeast Asia.
