A resolution relating to the sale of grain to the Soviet Union.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that the President should attempt to negotiate annual grain sales to the Soviet Union for the next three years. Directs the President to increase efforts to secure from the Soviet Union information concerning their crop prospects.
