Resolution relating to trade relations between the United States and Romania.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that the President should certify to Congress that he will use his authority in granting most-favored-nation status under the Trade Act of 1974 to terminate by Executive order any waiver granted under such Act to the Socialist Republic of Romania when the Socialist Republic of Romania engages in any act or practice in violation of such Act.
