Increases the supplemental expenditures, not to exceed $2,250,000 (previously $1,150,000) through February 1976, authorized by S. Res. 21, 94th Congress for the Senate Select Committee to Study Government Operations With Respect to Intelligence Agencies for an inquiry and investigation relating to the intelligence activities carried out by or on behalf of the Federal Government.
