Resolution to authorize the printing of "Enactment of a Law."

Provides that Senate document entitled "Enactment of Law," relative to the procedural steps in the legislative process, be revised by the Parliamentarian of the Senate and be reprinted as a Senate document. Directs that 10,000 copies of such document be printed for the use of the Committee on Rules and Administration.
