Resolution to establish a Select Committee on Federal Responsiveness and Accountability.

Establishes a Select Committee of the Senate on Federal Responsiveness and Accountability to study the problems of accountability and responsiveness at all levels of the Federal Government.

Limits the expenses of the committee to an amount not to exceed $400,000 before February 29, 1976.
