A resolution providing for the televising Senate proceedings concerning contested election for a seat in the U.S. Senate from the State of New Hampshire.

Provides that the proceedings in open session of the Senate with respect to the determination of the contested election for a seat in the United States Senate from the State of New Hampshire may be broadcast by radio and television, contingent upon some limitations of debate being ordered by the Senate. Suspends Rule IV of the Rules for Regulation of the Senate wing of the United States Capitol for the purpose of photography, contingent upon some limitation of debate being ordered by the Senate.

Provides that such broadcasting shall be accomplished in conformity with procedures thereon agreed upon by the joint floor leadership.
