A resolution authorizing the Select Committee to study Governmental Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities to inspect tax returns and obtain information from the Internal Revenue Service.

Authorizes the Senate Select Committee to Study Governmental Operations With Respect to Intelligence Activities to obtain data contained in tax returns pursuant to its investigation of possible illegal activities by Government agencies engaged in intelligence or surveillance activities.

States that names, addresses, and personal identifications shall be presented in such form as not to identify the individual tax returns from which such data may be obtained.
