States that the Senate, applying the law of the State of New Hampshire, including statutory law, common law, and New Hampshire case law, as of January 6, 1975, without prejudice to consideration of all the protests made by either party at any stage of the proceedings, shall vote separately on each of the issues listed in this resolution in its consideration of the contested election for a seat in the United States Senate from the State of New Hampshire.
