A resolution providing for a bust of Carl Hayden to be placed in the Senate wing of the Capitol.

Provides for the acquisition of a marble bust of Carl Hayden by the Commission on Arts and Antiquities of the Senate and the placing of such bust within the Senate wing of the Capitol or of the Senate Office Buildings. Authorizes the appropriation of $3,000 for such purpose, to be paid out of the contingent fund of the Senate.
