A resolution to authorize the appointment of a special Senate delegation to visit certain European countries.

Authorizes the President of the Senate to appoint a special delegation of Members of the Senate to visit countries in Europe in order to conduct a study of the current status of the North Atlantic Alliance.

Provides $25,000 to cover the expenses of the delegation to be paid from vouchers approved by the co-chairmen of said delegation.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Senate to advance funds to the co-chairmen of the delegation in the same manner provided for committees of the Senate.
