A joint resolution to review, revise, and repeal existing Federal statute.
Public Law Revision Resolution - Directs each standing committee of the House of Representatives and of the Senate to submit, by the last day of the first session of the Ninety- fifth Congress, to the Speaker of the House and the President pro tempore of the Senate, a plan for a comprehensive review of all existing Federal statutes with respect to which any such committee has legislative jurisdiction with a view toward revising and repealing such statutes as may be appropriate.
