Directs the Secretary of the Interior to prepare and transmit to the committees on Interior and Insular Affairs of the Senate and House of Representatives a feasibility-suitability study of St. Paul's Church Eastchester, New York. Requires such study to include cost estimates for any necessary acquisition, operations and maintenance, and development.
